Here’s the EP that never was. As The Glass Delusion, we never got round to recording these songs as a full band. I had recorded these songs almost solo a few months before forming The Glass Delusion to perform them live. Money was tight and we never made it into the studio to re-record them properly.

Apple Soup features Salbo Baggins on viola, who joined The Glass Delusion with Phill Wilson, Espen Jenson and Carlos Macklin a few months later.

The Definitive Text features James Wood on various woodwind instruments that I’m far too inept to play. He often joined TGD on stage for unhinged improvised jams. The sixth Beatle, if you like.

We never played Vocal Range live and from this recording it’s probably clear to see why.

Some of these are out of tune and I’d probably do them a bit differently now but it’s a little time capsule and an insight into a period that probably only a handful of people remember! I also do a weird posh accent on David Bowee that I can’t explain. Anyway, hope you enjoy these.
